These Terms govern bookings with Mia Kriti. By booking, you agree to these Terms.

1. Services

Private and group walking tours and related activities as described on our website or in your itinerary.

​

2. Pricing & Payment

​

• Prices include guiding and planning unless stated otherwise.
   

• Deposit: 20% to confirm. Balance: due 7 days before the tour.
   

• Payments via approved methods listed in your invoice. Bank/processing fees are your responsibility.
   

3. Cancellations & Changes

• You cancel:
   

  • ≥7 days before: full refund minus processing fees.
     

  • 3–6 days before: 50% refund.
     

  • <72 hours / no-show: non-refundable.
     

• We change/cancel:
   

  • We may adjust timing/route for safety, closures or weather. If we cancel, you may choose a new date or a full refund.
     

4. Arrival & Conduct

Please arrive 10 minutes early. We may refuse participation to anyone unsafe, disruptive, or under the influence; no refund.

5. Accessibility & Health

Tell us mobility needs in advance. We’ll propose the most suitable route; some historic areas have cobblestones/steps. Participate at your own risk—wear suitable footwear and carry water.

6. Third-Party Costs

Skip-the-line tickets, transport, boat rides, meals, etc. are optional add-ons and non-refundable per the provider’s policy.

7. Force Majeure

We aren’t liable for events beyond our control (e.g., strikes, extreme weather, government actions). We’ll try to rearrange where possible.

8. Liability & Insurance

Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service, except where not permitted by law. We recommend personal travel insurance.

9. Photos & Media

We may take group photos with consent. Tell your guide if you prefer not to be photographed.

​

10. Governing Law

Greece law; courts of the Greece have jurisdiction.
